Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

In accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974, customers may seek a refund if goods are, or become faulty through no fault of their own, are not fit for the stated purpose or the purpose made known to our sales consultant, do not match the description or sample, or have defects that were not obvious or brought to their attention. Goods must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase in a saleable condition with the original purchase invoice. Rocket Tools reserves the right to ask the customer to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not their fault. Every return goes through an approval process with the manufacturer. Rocket tools reserves the right to deny the refund if the manufacturer does not approve the product for return or repair.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should ship your product to the store you purchased it from. If you’ve purchased a product online, you may ship the product to the Newcastle branch. NOTE: If you visit the store personally, it will speed up the return and refund process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us directly.
